About The Role
Goldenergy is seeking a Key Account Manager to expand, maximize, and optimize its Regional retail network, focusing on commercial servicing that leverages the brand's reputation and aligns with Goldenergy's core values.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the North Zone - Minho to the Center
* Present at the start of the activity process between an agent, store, or partnership
* Ensure partners' accesses are set, and deliver or collect merchandising
* Monitor daily activities and provide clarification as needed
* Manage store makeovers and commercial space renovations when necessary
* Control agents' deposits, mitigating financial and cash holdings risk in a medium-range capacity
* Monitor KPIs and partnership profitability
* Manage sales numbers, VOC (NPS/SGA), audits, and other metrics
* Conduct commercial visits, plan mystery shopper visits, and monitor their status
* Negotiate bonuses, Rappel, commissions, and contractual aspects
* Implement training, commercial training, mystery shopper visits, and follow-up meetings within the retail network
* Identify areas with high and low potential
* Analyze TMA and TME of own stores
Requirements:
* At least 5-10 years of experience in sales positions in energy or similar sectors
* Relevant background experience in sales
* Medium-level user proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Knowledge of CRM software (Sales Force)
