About the Role
This role involves providing technical assistance and feedback to improve the online experience of users on one of the world's leading search engine platforms. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Responding to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels;
2. Providing pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support;
3. Maintaining a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions;
4. Escalating issues to higher support tiers as needed;
5. Collaborating with technicians to resolve help tickets;
6. Managing an individual ticket queue and following management direction;
7. Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
8. Reviewing and providing feedback on help content.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proficient in German and English, both oral and written;
* Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
* High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
* Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
