Productivity & Holdings Financial Analyst
The Productivity & Holdings Financial Analyst reports to the Head of Productivity & Holdings P&C.
Key Responsibilities:
* Global Productivity Planning & Controlling
* Presents reports to senior stakeholders (BM/offices, global heads of functions) both in a regular format and with specific analysis (board decks, strategic requests…).
* Manages costs closing monthly process with P&C teams (APAC/EU costs and other regions P&C), Finance Factory and functions to collect comments and translating them into clear explanations/action items.
* Manages costs PD/FC process with P&C FF/P&C teams and global functions: defines TDIs and assumptions, prepares summaries and decks for global head of P&C/Board, interacts with functions, HR and CTO for input collection, orchestrates PD tool upload with P&C FF team.
* Functional Costs Governance
* Maintains and develops costs reporting platform in collaboration with P&C FF Costs and Reporting Factory Teams.
* Maintains, aligns and updates "non Org Chart" part of the Functional Costs structure to ensure transparency on non FTE specific buckets of costs (e.g. Allyz, taxes…).
* Expenses Approval Processes
* Liaises with Productivity team for updates on policies and develops improvements in the Assembl*E Expenses Approval Tools.
* Communication and trainings to functions and with finance community.
* Day-to-day management of the tools (drive transfer to Finance Factory) such as users updates, questions from users, masterdata changes.
