Job Description
We are looking for a skilled German Recruiter to support our recruiting team and help us find qualified candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage local and international recruitment processes
* Implement global recruiting strategy
* Act as a point of contact and build relationships during the selection process
* Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
* Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
* Conduct interviews
* Onboard new employees
* Perform background checks
* Promote Human Resources inside the company
Requirements:
* Native or proficient German (mandatory)
* Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
* Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research, and decision-making skills
* Solid understanding and use of computer basics
* Organizational and time management skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
* Internet navigation skills and knowledge of job boards
* Customer service orientation, analytical and decision-making skills
* Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Stress tolerance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Task and target-oriented
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures
* Local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
* EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
Education and Experience:
* University degree, preferably in Human Resources, or directly related work experience
* Experience in Recruitment & Selection and/or Human Resources is a plus
