Job Description
At Sandoz, we have two main global businesses:
* Generics, divided between standard generics (mainly oral solids) and complex generics (including injectables, respiratory and others).
* Biosimilars, where we are the global pioneer, with eight marketed medicines and a rapidly growing pipeline now counting 24 molecules.
Our pipeline has tripled in size over the past few years, and we aim to continue to pioneer in this field, building on our unique mix of scientific, technical, regulatory and commercial expertise.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Achieve sales objectives, both quantitative and qualitative.
* Maintain hospitals and HCP segmentation updated, particularly with the specialties interacting with Marketing, Medical and Access implementing the go-to-market strategy, sharing insights on the product offers and launches. Manage the offer preparation for tendering and negotiated processes.
* Analyze Hospital and Key Accounts performance, as well as market intelligence.
* Analyze, evaluate and monitor sales by client, proposing the specific measures and action plans necessary at a commercial level to correct possible deviations.
* Coordinate and interact with those responsible for Marketing / Medical and Access of Biosimilars of the assigned area in order to maximize sales of biosimilars and preparation of joint commercial offers Biosimilars / Hospitals.
* Create and maintain a high-level relationship with the main decision-makers in the Hospital Pharmacy as well as with the Management and Management Directors to introduce strategic products in the Hospital Pharmacies.
* Create and maintain a high-level relationship with the main decision-makers of Medical Specialties, both Doctors and Nursing, to introduce and generate adoption of strategic products in Hospital Pharmacies.
* Participate and collaborate with the Access department in Hospital Offer Management in the presentation, opening and monitoring of public tenders.
* Present the Company's products to all negotiated procedures of assigned hospitals. Increase the sales figure in hospitals of hospital products and Biosimilars as well as marketing knowledge of the promoted products and competitors.
* Negotiate and monitor agreements established with hospitals. Meet specified expectations and established individual performance standards in order to meet or exceed sales objectives within budgets.
* Manage the Hospital Pharmacy client portfolio on behalf of Sandoz.
* Identify new business opportunities through contact with customers.
* Present and inform clients of the company's value proposition portfolio of products and services.
* Boost and develop sales of current clients.
* Apply the company's commercial policy and monitor the economic analysis of the evolution of the assigned territory and sales forecast, implementing necessary action plans to achieve the objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and establish strong business relationships.
* Negotiation, communication and results-oriented skills.
* Regular monitoring and reporting of promotional and training activities, as well as collection of relevant data and preparation of detailed reports on progress and results obtained for business reviews.
* Compliance with internal and external regulations and policies related to product promotion.
What You'll Need To Bring To The Role
* University degree in health sciences or related field.
* Experience as Hospital KAM with Biological, Biosimilar and/or Hospital Gx products.
* Experience in launching Biologicals / Biosimilars.
* Knowledge of Gastroenterology Service / Derma and Neurology will be positively valued.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships.
* Results orientation and ability to work independently and as a team.
* Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations.
* Availability to travel as needed.
