Job Description:
We are looking for a Chief Data Officer to join the team of our client – a reference company in the sustainability management sector.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
1. Understand the business strategy, in order to develop and implement a data strategy, to generate value for the company;
2. Lead, motivate, and manage technical teams, having a close contact with different stakeholders;
3. Design and implement data strategies and systems, including for the fields of AI, ML, cloud computing, big data, analytics, business intelligence and IoT;
4. Deploy and maintain AI and ML models in production environments;
5. Oversee the collection, storage, management, quality, protection and compliance of data and related systems (governance and compliance), as well as lead, motivate, and manage technical teams.
What is required from you?
1. Degree in Computer Science, Management, Computer Engineering or other similar area;
2. Previous professional experience in a similar role;
3. Strong knowledge of relevant data and analytics;
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and independently.
5. Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships;
6. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
