Responsibilities:
1. Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP HCM application team responsible for support and enhancements projects in a complex and integrated IT landscape in HR;
2. Daily incident solving in HCM PA, PT, PY, OM (2nd and 3rd level support);
3. Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements. Document AS-IS and TO-BE by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions; supervise development activities when needed;
4. Support the global SAP ECC HR Roll-out, SuccessFactors Implementation, FIORI.
Requirements:
5. 3+ years working in HCM area, preferably with experience implementing large-scale complex;
6. ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level;
7. High level of commitment, responsibility, self motivation and organization;
8. Strong communication skills;
9. Demonstrated expertise in SAP HCM and hands-on configuration experience;
10. Demonstrated expertise in Time Management, and Payroll with focus on schema & Rules;
11. Availability to work with both remote (DE, US) and in house (PT) teams;
12. Experience at working and collaborating in an international team environment;
13. Self-reliant way of working, organized and building up official documentation;
14. Commitment and proactivity;
15. Willingness to take over responsibility;
16. Strong interpersonal and good communication skills;
17. Analytic and inter-divisional thinking and acting;
18. SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus;
19. Success Factors knowledge are a plus;
20. Willingness to travel to Germany;
21. Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus.
