Our client is a multinational player in the FMCG food industry. Description: Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Develop and evolve a customer strategic and tactical plan;
2. Execution of customer plan;
3. Consistently high customer service: same day response time, prioritisation and solving of customer 'issues' within agreed time frames;
4. To have a clear understanding of how the customer makes key decisions, who owns/influences/implements them, and built relationships with key personnel;
5. Building internal multi-functional alignment to the account to achieve volume/profit goals;
6. Build and keep updated store database for the account;
7. Provide desired level of forecasting for company production planning;
8. Complete all customer administration as required (eg. Promotional proposals, product files etc.);
9. Weekly store visits to validate compliance to account plans;
10. Evaluation of all key customer activities within the plan (eg. Promotions).
Profile:
1. Bachelor in business, economics or engineering with passion about management and commercial areas;
2. 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, management consulting, marketing and sales from other industries;
3. Fluent oral and written English, Spanish and Portuguese;
4. Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
5. Results orientation and planning & coordination skills;
6. Ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships.
