Overview of role:
The B2B Sales Representative responsible for managing international accounts with a focus on driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Curaleaf's presence in key markets.
Responsibilities:
·Sales Pipeline Management: Track, prioritize, and follow up on leads to ensure client needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
·Supply Agreement Review & Execution: Assist in reviewing, negotiating, and executing supply agreements and contracts in compliance with company policies and regulations.
·Support Sales Strategies: Assist in executing strategies to expand market presence and secure new business opportunities (wholesale, distribution, etc.).
·Client Engagement & Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
·Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
·Budget & Targets: Support efforts to meet quarterly and yearly sales targets and budget expectations.
·Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and assist in performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
·Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore future opportunities.
·Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events to promote the Curaleaf brand and expand our network.
·Education in business related field, or equivalent experience.
·A few years of sales experience in the medical cannabis, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated sector.
·Fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus!
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Availability to come to our sites in Portugal (Setubal and Alcochete) and also in Alicante.
·Availability to go to industry conferences, every quarter
·Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
·Highly organized, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
·Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
·Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
