Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support via calls and emails in Italian and English.
2. Assist with orders, deliveries, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
4. Offer expert advice on fashion products to foster customer confidence.
