Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Group Business Analyst to support our Group Business Controller Team, with colleagues in Sweden, Madrid and Lisbon. The role will report to the Group Finance Operational Excellence & SSC Implementation Senior Manager and will be based in Lisbon.
The Group Business Controller Team is responsible for 1) Financial Controller activities (Budgeting, Forecasting, Actuals tracking) for related cost centers for this area, 2) Quality and Efficiency analysis of both the Oracle Center of Excellence and the Shared Service Center teams, 3) Leading and monitoring execution of cross-functional projects and 4) Building and tracking business cases.

Responsibilities
1. Act as a Finance Controller for all the Group Finance Operational Excellence cost centers.
2. Budgeting, Forecasting, Actuals monthly analysis.
3. Liaise with cost center managers, Area Director, IT Manager, Oracle Rollout Director.
4. Highlight risks and opportunities that the company can take decisions upon.
5. Data extraction and Measurement of Service Level agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Oracle Center of Excellence (CoE).
6. Definition and execution follow-up on actions to improve productivity and efficiency of CoE.
7. JIRA data cleaning.
8. SSC support to both Markets and Group entities.
9. Team capacity analysis.
10. Intercompany cost recharges definition and monthly execution.
11. Cost recovery analysis.
12. Creation and follow-up on Business Cases relevant for the area (e.g. SCM integration Dashboard, NTT tool automatic supplier creation).
13. Monitor progress of cross-functional projects, such as automation initiatives, reporting handover.
14. Other ad hoc analysis relevant for Group Finance Operational Excellence area.
15. License optimization.
16. Update Oracle OPEX cost recharge model.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a self-starter and high potential/top performer individual who will combine Finance Controlling knowledge with a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.
High education degree in Finance / Economics / Business, or related subject.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, Business Analyst / Finance Controller with exposure to senior and/or top management teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, proven experience in building data models.
Strong interest in business performance analysis driven by standardization & automation.
Power BI knowledge is valued.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Highly organized and with an appetite for improving existing processes.
Resilient, highly self-motivated and proven multi-tasker.
Understands financial data and how to present it clearly to provide valuable/actionable insight.
Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
