For our two Michelin star Restaurant, we are looking for a personable Junior Sommelier with the desire to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

As a Junior Sommelier at Vila Joya, you will be an integral part of our service team to curate memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities: Support the senior sommeliers in delivering exceptional wine serviceAssist in decanting and pouring wines during serviceEnsure flawless wine service, proper serving temperatures, and glassware presentationProvide basic wine recommendations to guests under the guidance of a senior sommelierEngage in friendly and professional conversations about wine selections and pairingsMaintain a strong understanding of the restaurant's wine list and how it complements the menuSupport overall service excellence, stepping in as needed to maintain the high standards of the restaurantYour profileOur ideal candidate must possess:
