Role Overview: We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our teams in one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries. Based in Lisbon (Hybrid).
What you will do: Being part of the HCM Department, this professional will collaborate closely with the LMS BAU Lead under the LMS Product Owner scope. You will be responsible for the LMS Module of Cornerstone On Demand. So, all tickets are related to this tool or the ecosystem behind (loading content, creating report, assign session, grant system admin rights, etc).
Manage support ticket Level 1 & 2 in autonomy for our entities;Contribute to Level 3 tickets with BAU Lead;Report activity to the BAU Lead;Suggest improvement such as refresher sessions, user documentation, etc to help reduce the number of tickets;Run Non Regression Tests and confirm system behavior after releases, patch, environment refreshAnimate user training sessions. What you are like: Experience with ServiceNow as a tool is a plus;Expertise of one of the LMS tools of the Market would be appreciated;Fluency in English is mandatory.
