You will be responsible for strategic planning, team management, client relations, and overall business growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the construction, interior design, and real estate markets.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of industry developments.Establish a clear vision for the company's future within two or three years.2. Project Management:Oversee the execution of construction, interior design, and real estate projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.3. Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including project managers, designers, sales staff, and administrative personnel.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.4. Client Relations:Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.5.
