We are looking for an IT Support (HCM tools) to join us in Lisbon.
Roles and Requirements:
1. The ticketing tool used by entities is Service NOW.
2. Manage support ticket Level 1 & 2 in autonomy for our entities.
3. Contribute to Level 3 tickets.
4. Report activity to the BAU Lead.
5. Suggest improvements such as refresher sessions, user documentation, etc. to help reduce the number of tickets.
6. Run Non Regression Tests and confirm system behavior after releases, patch, environment refresh.
7. Animate user training sessions.
Language Requirements:
English mandatory, French is a plus but not mandatory.
Additional Qualifications:
Expertise of one of the LMS tools of the Market would be appreciated, if it is CSOD LMS it is a +. Expertise as BAU Specialist is a plus.
