We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven senior consultant to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our financial system. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on translating complex business needs into innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and align business needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize business requirements for credit systems.
* Deeply understand and map existing credit processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for innovation.
* Ensure all solutions meet regulatory standards and align with organizational goals.
* Drive solution design and delivery.
* Create detailed functional specifications and workflow diagrams to guide development.
* Partner with development and architecture teams to design scalable, efficient software solutions.
* Proactively identify and address potential risks or roadblocks during the project lifecycle.
* Ensure quality and performance.
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Monitor system performance post-implementation and champion continuous improvement efforts.
* Champion documentation and training.
* Create and maintain user-friendly documentation, including process flows, training materials, and system guides.
* Conduct engaging training sessions to equip users with the knowledge to maximize the new software's potential.
What We're Looking For:
Educational Background:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is required.
Professional Experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years as a consultant, with proven expertise in financial services.
* Hands-on experience with loan origination systems or credit management platforms.
Technical Proficiency:
* Skilled in tools like JIRA and SQL.
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
