Your Role
Monitor incidents received via email, ServiceNow, and Teams; track bugs and provide visibility on fixes.
Manage communications through email, ServiceNow, and Teams/chat; create and follow up on change requests in ServiceNow.
Act as a technical global admin to complete technical service requests; organize and lead sharing sessions if needed.
Verify permissions on Azure AD; participate in meetings related to change management and ICAB if required.
Requirements
* Experience with Jira and ServiceNow;
* B basic technical understanding (not highly technical);
* Familiarity with SharePoint support and POP application;
* Strong communication and coordination skills;
* Ability to follow and track bugs, ensuring resolution visibility;
* Experience working in a team-oriented environment with various stakeholders;
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and incident monitoring.
