Job Title: Moderator
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating content on our mobility-related app. You will need to implement policy guidelines, exhibit ethical behavior, and demonstrate proficiency in adhering to policies while ensuring content quality.
You will be expected to safeguard intellectual property rights, protect privacy, and promote online safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and sort sensitive user-generated content based on client-defined criteria.
* Verify that content received by internal systems or users adheres to community guidelines.
* Escalate urgent matters to your supervisor following established protocols.
* Review content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with policies.
* Provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* EU Citizenship or a valid work permit/residency card.
* A fluent level of French and a good level of English (B2 minimum).
* A motivation to work abroad.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A willingness to work with many other nationalities.
