Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, or remote access

Requirements
* Proven experience in an IT help desk or similar support role (junior level)
* Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), office software, and common hardware components
* Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools, help desk ticketing systems, and support documentation
