Brand Expert for Spotify
About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Expert to join our team at Teleperformance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand awareness and brand marketing, with experience working with agencies and clients alike.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in pitching brand marketing campaigns to top brands and large agencies, setting direction for sales and account management teams, and influencing stakeholders to ensure products, services, and marketing programs meet the needs of the segment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coach Sales Reps and Account Managers on how to position Ads against Radio Ads / TV Ads and Ads as part of the marketing mix / digital Ads
* Join client meetings with Sales Reps and Account Managers as an expert and convincingly share your expertise about brand marketing
* Identify segment expectations, behaviors, and attitudes to develop initiatives that ensure the customer's experience delivers on the client's brand
* Identify strategies, develop plans, and lead initiatives that meet the needs of the market segment
* Support agencies in their approach to brand clients and enable agencies to sell our client's inventory
* Join Agency pitches and presentations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Requirements:
* Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
* Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English – B2 Level
* 2-3 years of working experience in an international marketing agency with a focus on brand awareness / brand marketing campaigns
* Experience leading or building brand marketing campaigns for large clients
* Understanding of how a marketing / digital agency works, buys, and sells
* Knowledge about TV, Radio, or Digital Audio Advertising
* Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities, and relationship management experience
* Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms that anyone can understand and enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm
