We are currently looking for an Technical Support Engineer to join our customer support team. The responsibilities in this role are defined based on the experience and should include:
Post Sales activities: Deliver technical expertise to customers, understand and troubleshoot customers problems, recommend solutions to meet their needs, ensure customer satisfaction and deliver trainings. Job Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or BTech is preferable;A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of mobile communication / Drive testing/ RAN experience;Practical experience in mobile radio communication systems (2G-to-5G);Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) and French (B2 or above);Ability to work independently. Technical Knowledge: Worked in Technical Support role and manage customer Tickets, L1, L2 and L3 support;Call support and portal support;Ticket SLA management, Ticket prioritization, resolution;Strong in Telecom domain – 3g-5G as tickets are technical.
