Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, you will lead two core functions: Vendor & Marketing Agency Management and Campaign Optimization across email and SEA (Search Engine Advertising) channels, while overseeing a team responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns while optimizing performance for maximum impact.
In your new role you will:
1. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
2. Oversee the implementation and optimization of email and SEA campaigns using advanced targeting and A/B testing, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve performance and increase conversion rates.
3. Oversee marketing brief implementation, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with company strategy.
4. Align marketing activities with company objectives, ensuring best practices are followed and staying updated on industry trends, acting as the primary contact for vendors.
5. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership and manage stakeholder relationships.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a similar field of study.
2. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing project management.
3. Proven experience in vendor/agency management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
4. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Google Ads, etc.).
5. Experience with campaign management in multiple platforms such as Google, Facebook, and other search engines is a plus.
6. Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEA, and campaign optimization techniques (e.g., A/B testing, targeting, personalization).
7. Fluency in English (mandatory).
