About the team
:The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences for Advertisers to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. They will do so by creating ad policies, managing content review processes, and more. Responsibilities : - Act as the 2nd line quality auditor to check BPO vendor's quality result and ensure overall monetization security;- Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive improvements;- Work closely & hand in hand with other departments to respond immediately to relevant quality related needs;- Participate in quality calibrations with BPO vendor teams to continuously drive their policy understanding and quality result;- Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
Minimum qualifications:1. Fluent in written and spoken required language (to cover that market) plus business level English 2. Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions;3. MS Office skills4. Quality audit and quality management related experiences Preferred Qualifications1. Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail2. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines
