Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicate with customers through various channels, including calls, tickets, and messages.
* Process customer requests and complaints efficiently.
* Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database.
* Deliver a seamless experience to increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
* Proficient or bilingual level of Finnish, Norwegian, or Dutch.
* Advanced level of English.
* 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
* Call center experience is highly valued.
* Willingness to relocate to Portugal or currently living there.
* Flexibility in terms of shifts.
* Excellent communication and customer care skills.
* Strong computer navigation skills.
