Descrição
1. Preparation of monthly management, financial, and operational reports.
2. Support in the monthly closing of accounts and comparative analysis with the budget.
3. Analysis of budget variances and performance indicators.
4. Evaluation of costs, provisions, and profitability margins.
5. Prepare and manage the annual budget.
6. Preparation of the management report and collaboration on the annual report and accounts.
7. Collaboration in the creation of processes and procedures.
8. Support the decision-making process by providing relevant inputs and analysis.
Perfil ideal
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or similar.
2. 7-10 years of experience as a business controller.
3. Previous experience in healthcare or industrial sectors is a plus.
4. Strong financial analysis knowledge.
5. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
6. Pro-active and autonomous attitude.
7. Fluent level of Portuguese and English.
