Polish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Polish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will support advertisers using Facebook and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone in both Polish and English.
* Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
* Guide clients on platform tools and features to enhance their experience.
* Identify trends and troubleshoot issues for multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (B2 and higher).
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* In possession of an EU passport or a valid residence permit for Portugal.
* Available to work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational shift pattern.
Working Conditions:
This is an onsite full-time position: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break), on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
