Position Summary
For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - German Speaker. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent.
A day in the life of...
1. Act as an Account Manager for designated markets
2. Delivery of the agreed services with the markets in Sourcing (owner of goals and deliverables)
3. Build a strategy for the Markets (including specific requisitions) – Sourcing, RMK, E2E, Insights
4. Drive actionable discussion around strategic workforce planning
5. Source OR Manage E2E process, as per needs
6. Bring cross market/external best practices
7. Follow governance (MOR, QOR)
What will make you successful
1. Fluent in English and German
2. Strong knowledge of E2E recruitment process
3. Training and People development
4. Talent Acquisition Insights (talent and companies mapping)
5. Overall Business understanding
6. Standard knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
7. Understanding of compliance in Talent Acquisition and basic knowledge of recruiting laws
