Customer Service Assistance for PVH – Italian speaker

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be responsible for handling all customer queries, whether it is fashion advice or helping the customers with their orders, ensuring a great service!

Responsibility
1. Ensure an adequate response time while delivering the highest possible service;
2. Assist, by phone or through written support, with any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the service;
3. Maintain excellent quality and efficiency to achieve our team targets;
4. Identify and process orders that may be fraudulent;
5. Provide information regarding shipping and delivery;
6. Advise our customers on a high level, providing updated help guides and meeting their individual needs.
Your Profile
1. Native written and verbal communication skills in Italian;
2. Good level of English, written and spoken;
3. Social media responsiveness, including tracking and responding to customer comments;
4. Ability to ensure positive delivery of messages to our customers;
5. Ability to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
6. Ability to manage several emails efficiently;
7. Problem-solving skills;
8. Good argumentation skills.
