Job Description
Close to architecture and engineering team you will drive the governance of technology selection and innovation backlogs aligned with Autonomous Networks Applications business priorities and guiding principles towards rapid application innovation time to market, cost efficiency and openness towards eco-system partners. In this role we expect a strong leader combining software & cloud technology/architectural and telecom applications expertise to maximize Nokia’s innovative power in competing in its markets and meet customer expectations.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
1. Define AN Fabric Vision: Establish in coordination with the strategy team the long-term product vision, ensuring alignment with overall company goals for the AN Suite of Applications across Analytics, Digital Operations, Security and Mediation portfolio.
2. AN Fabric Roadmap & Requirements: Develop and manage a comprehensive fabric roadmap and backlog, collaborating with the AN PLM Forum & engineering teams to prioritize features and timelines while assessing feasibility.
3. AN Fabric Strategy: Lead the strategy for Nokia’s AN Fabric common capabilities covering data collection (SDKs, applications, ingestion), data management & AI (modeling, hygiene, transformation), and data exposure (APIs, hosted data access, access control).
4. Contribute to defining commercial, pricing and costs models in coordination with AN PLM team and engineering for the AN Fabric common capability used across AN Apps.
5. Adapt Fabric & backlog to various deployment flavors: SaaS, Air-gap and on-prem.
6. Define technology selection business criteria and manage partnerships commercialization & contractual considerations for OEM / 3rd party technology but also GTM partners using the ANF to build content and generate revenues in coordination with the AN Business PLM.
7. Defines technical product requirements and best practices enforcing business and serviceability/experience requirements provided by Business and SaaS/Experience PLMs in alignment with key AN value proposition cornerstones.
Key Skills And Experience
1. 15+ years of experience with a min of 8+ years in product management you are a broad and ambitious thinker in driving value for our customers.
2. Strong understanding of Telecom Applications landscape & architecture transformation towards autonomous networking as defined in the TMF AN Framework, experience in Telecom Operations, analytics and security specific domains a plus.
3. Very solid architectural knowledge in Cloud (Azure, Google, Amazon, RedHat), Data (Concepts/Modeling/warehousing/SDKs)/AI/Analytics, Automation, UX, APIs Technologies.
4. Solid understanding of cloud technologies GTM models and associated architectural constraints such as dynamic scaling, multi-tenancy and respect of data privacy and sovereignty regulations.
5. Experience in leading strategic and transformative product initiatives, influencing, and aligning stakeholders to a strategic vision.
6. Successful track record in working on Application targeted towards large Tier 1 customers. Experience in defining platform strategies towards eco-system partners, lower scale enterprise and private networking domains a plus.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and project management skills.
8. University degree on Telecommunications, Computer science, or equivalent.
