Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the submissions of BIM design deliverables to ensure that all review actions have been responded and/or integrated.
2. Supporting the Digital Engineering Manager at operational level to ensure consistency of BIM uses and processes to support all stages of projects.
3. Implementing the proposed Program-wide BIM strategy and standards across projects.
4. Working closely with External & Inhouse BIM Coordinators, who are responsible for producing project information models. Ensuring that BIM Execution Plans are produced and maintained for each project.
5. Assisting the procurement team in tender development and award i.e. BIM capability assessment, execution plan, level of development matrix, models, registers, service agreements and appointments as required.
6. Supporting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances. Training or upskilling colleagues in areas such as Revit, Dynamo, Revit Add-ins, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as required.
7. Conducting BIM validation reviews i.e. BIM's, documentation files (schedules and drawing sheets) model checkers, design clash detection, visual checks, ACC, QAQC checklists, Dynamo, COBie or any other applicable. Identifying and assisting in creating content to enhance our digital asset and detail libraries.
8. Chairing BIM review meetings/workshops with Client including consultants and/or contractors as required.
9. Managing the BIM/design process such that the highest quality of design deliverables is submitted for project team reviews.
Requirements:
1. Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for work within the European Union.
2. Advanced proficiency in a range of computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and various Revit add-ins such as Dynamo, and integration tools with Specification, Energy Analysis, Cost control, etc, would be beneficial when applying for this role.
3. Advance proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM360 is preferred but CDE experience is required.
4. Integration and knowledge of other software including Civil 3D, Infraworks etc, is preferred but not required.
5. Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
