What you will be doing
You will be accountable for internal programmes (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or projects associated with the Training and Certification (T&C) organization. The programmes/projects may be focused on operational topics like business mode of operation, governance, process development, continuous improvement initiatives, tools, resource planning, expense management, etc. You will be responsible for the overall programme/project success including management of resources, stakeholders, risks, plans, schedules, and opportunities. You will assist the T&C leadership team on all activities involved in the day-to-day functions of the training and certification business.
This is an individual contributor position tasked with independently carrying out consulting, specific functional work within T&C business with a global purview.

Recommended knowledge and expertise:
* Project Management (PMP/Agile PM Certification)
* Knowledge Management
* Adult learning methodologies
* Product line management
* Service delivery management
Business acumen - expert in more than one area, broad perspective.
7-10 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate/postgraduate equivalent degree.
