Job Description:
The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the CEO's time is utilized effectively.
Key responsibilities include calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Tasks & Activities:
* Calendar Management: Coordinate the CEO's agenda, allocating time according to defined priorities.
* Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas for the CEO, ensuring all necessary materials are distributed in advance.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with board members, executives, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules are coordinated.
* Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Office Management & Administrative Support: Provide support to the Administrative Assistant regarding office management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in an international company.
* Bachelor's degree in Secretariat/International Relations (a plus).
* Fluent in Portuguese, with good levels of French and German (pluses).
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
* Experience working with SAP (a plus).
