The Head of EU Tech Demand & Program Delivery is responsible for structuring and overseeing the demand management process within the EU Tech organization, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization, and governance. This role also implements portfolio and programme management frameworks, oversees cross-country tech projects, and supports local teams in managing smaller-scale demands while maintaining alignment with central governance. With a strong focus on business alignment, this position bridges the gap between technology and business strategy, ensuring IT investments drive real business value. The role will manage a team of project manager(s), ensuring structured governance and execution across multiple initiatives. Role Accountabilities: Demand Management & Prioritization Design and lead the demand management process, ensuring structured analysis and prioritization of countries IT demands.Establish clear criteria for evaluating and funnelling tech requests, aligning with strategic goals.Maintain clear visibility on project intake, resource capacity and business impact.Implement and enforce governance structures for programme execution and portfolio management, ensuring project visibility and alignment with business priorities.Monitor programme performance, ensuring successful execution and alignment with budgets, timelines, and strategic objectives.Standardize reporting and decision-making processes to improve transparency and efficiency.Project Oversight & Delivery Oversee key IT programmes across the EU footprint, ensuring seamless coordination, risk management, and delivery of business value.Provide oversight and best practices for local teams managing smaller-scale demands, ensuring consistency with governance standards and in alignment with Project and Enterprise Applications teams.BRM - Business Relationship Management Act as a key interface between business teams and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of tech initiatives with business targets.Drive engagement with country stakeholders to improve visibility, alignment, and execution of IT-driven initiatives.Knowledge and Experience: Strong background in IT project management.Proven experience in demand management, portfolio, and programme governance in an enterprise IT environment.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.Understanding of IT governance models, financial planning, and risk management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English.Willingness to travel across Europe when required.Strategic Thinking – Ability to align IT demands and programmes with business objectives.Governance & Process Management – Expertise in structuring and implementing governance frameworks.Stakeholder Engagement – Strong communication and relationship-building skills across business and IT teams.Project Execution & Oversight – Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects and programmes effectively.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Analytical mindset to evaluate demands, assess risks, and ensure optimal decision-making.Our policy is to employ the best qualified people and provide equal opportunity for the advancement of employees including promotion and training and not to discriminate against any person because of gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, belief or disability.
