Main Responsibilities

* Greet customers with a correct, polite, and friendly reception according to Quality Guidelines and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Provide consumers with the most appropriate information and correct solutions aligned with their queries and Buyer's procedures and processes.
* Add sales whenever possible, considering both company and customer needs.
* Operate and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of operations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* Proficiency in French (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
