Key Responsibilities:
* Research, design, develop, and customize mechanical systems and components that fulfill product/customer specifications and applicable standards and regulations.
* Identify solutions to improve and optimize products.
* Maintain accurate records of design iterations and changes.
* Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends.
* Define, plan, and execute test plans.
* Assess engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.
* Promote the continuous improvement process.
* Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment, and safety.
Requirements:
* Mechanical Design and Modeling.
* CAD Software Proficiency.
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
* Calculation and dimensioning.
* Exceptional problem-solving and math skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
