Descrição Handle accounting tasks related to areas such as corporate insurance, bonuses, HR premium allocation, and restructuring provisions, ensuring data accuracy and meeting closing deadlines;Maintain and manage General Ledger master data, including chart of accounts, GL tables, accounting schemes, and document types;Contribute to projects aimed at improving accounting processes;Address assigned cross-functional topics;Resolve accounting and technical issues as they arise;Respond to requests from external auditors;Execute closing activities and perform internal controls;Propose and implement process improvements;Support the consolidation process for Actual 0, including updating information on company shareholding and equity, consistency checks, and preparing quarterly reports;Assist with audit coordination when required.Perfil ideal Academic background in Accounting;At least 3 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing;Solid understanding of IFRS standards;Proficiency in SAP systems;Strong ability to manage priorities and perform well under pressure;Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others;Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new areas of expertise;Open and adaptable to working in a multicultural environment;Excellent communication skills;Self-driven and autonomous;Proactive approach to tasks and challenges;Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Vantagens Integration into a young and dynamic team, with opportunities for professional growth.
