Job Overview:
Assist customers with subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other inquiries.
Offer personalized solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
Fluent French (C2) native or advanced proficiency.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.
