RESPONSIBILITIES:Organizing documentation related to project management;Analyzing gaps and preparing summaries of the project portfolio (implementations, deviations, budgets, risks, alerts, dependencies, among others);Leading project reporting and following up with project managers;Supporting project managers in updating documentation and ensuring appropriate communication sharing.PROFILE:Higher education in Information Technology or a related field;More than 2 years of professional experience in PMO or Project Management roles;Knowledge of Cybersecurity is valued, particularly in ISO/IEC 27000-series standards and the NIST framework;Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC);Ability to manage the relationship between the business area (Banking) and the IT area;Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);Fluency in English;Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills;Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach;Leadership and team management skills.WORK WITH US:With more than 30 years of experience, Rumos has a team of professionals specialized in IT;At Rumos, consultants integrate highly challenging projects, based on the latest technology and in the most diverse sectors of activity;Rumos consultants have access to a certified training plan, which offers a constant update of technical skills;Rumos, as an employer, has job opportunities based on equity, integrity and diversity.
