The primary objectives include maintaining efficient fleet management, leveraging technology as a differentiator in the market. By redefining mobility and offering flexible solutions tailored to travel needs, DF focuses on digitalization and innovation.
Accounting Trainee Role
As an Accounting Trainee, your primary goal is to ensure accuracy in accounting records, support account reconciliation, and contribute to compliance with tax obligations.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the finance team in preparing accounting data;
* Assist in administrative activities, including document management, classification, and organization of information;
* Support processing financial transactions, such as invoicing, payments, checking current accounts, and bank reconciliations;
* Liaise with entities and auditors for monthly reporting;
* Participate in continuous improvement projects;
* Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting records, and meeting established deadlines;
* Support business process improvement projects;
* Assist with the monthly report.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or similar;
* Basic knowledge of general accounting and financial principles;
* Familiarity with accounting software tools and Excel (preferably);
* Eligibility for IEFP internship program;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* An entrepreneurial attitude with determination and positivity;
* A commitment to upholding high standards of quality.
