THE ROLEWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help drive the successful delivery of key projects.
In this role, you'll manage multiple initiatives, working closely with clients to refine requirements and coordinate with tech teams following Agile principles.
You'll ensure clear communication, keep stakeholders aligned, and oversee the execution of projects from start to finish.
If you have a strong background in project management, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and a focus on continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Managing multiple projects, interacting with clients, and refining product requirements to ensure alignment with business priorities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet client expectationsEnsure Agile principles guide the product development process, focusing on iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and facilitating all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives); Validate and adapt solutions throughout development, maintaining stakeholder alignment on priorities and ensuring the product meets business goals.Monitor initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and stay informed on best practices and trends to drive continuous improvement and enhance client experience.Present and communicate project results to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at every stage; Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clear communication, transparency, and successful delivery.Effectively manage project risks, identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.Challenge yourself and the team to discover new and innovative ways of working.SELECTION CRITERIA:Academic degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Math; 3+ years of experience in agile project management; Ability to discuss trade-offs with the client based on data-driven insights, business priorities, and project constraintsExperience working in data products is a plus; Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.Critical thinker who is open to challenges; Fluent in English, both written and spoken.WHAT WE OFFER:Fully Remote or Hybrid Work System (decided by the employee) ; 15th Month Bonus Salary Policy; 4 extra vacation days; Participation in International Projects; Company-Paid Certifications; Training, career progression and support; Team Building Activities,Innovative & Young Culture.LOCATION:We're based in Porto, Portugal.
