CUSTOMER FINANCE MANAGER
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accountabilities:
* Manage Customer Finance daily operational activities and monitor Accounts Receivables processes;
* Manage and monitor credit risk assessments;
* Provide analysis/reports.
Responsibilities:
* Support Customer Finance Team by:
* Oversee cash application process to ensure accurate output within schedule.
* Work actively in the collection area by supporting the Team with providing and maintaining collection tool(s) allowing prioritization and sequence of tasks and activities.
* Manage credit risk:
* Monitoring and compliance:
* Support global Customer Finance activities: processes development for new entities and implementation in line with the global approach.
* Represent Customer Finance within the organization and take leading role in cross functional projects.
* Back-up functions to Sr. Manager Customer Finance/Regional Customer Finance Lead.
* May manage direct reports.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, typically 5+ years of related professional experience
* OR Master's degree or equivalent, typically 3+ years of related professional experience
* OR PhD or equivalent, minimal related professional experience
* SAP/S4 knowledge
Preferred Requirements:
* Experience in OTC process;
* Experience in the area of securities (L/C, BG, Credit Insurance etc.);
* Fluency in multiple European languages;
* Experience in Shared Services organization;
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
* Experience in leading a financial function in a matrix and international environment.
