The Role:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be part of a frontend software development team in an agile environment, which has short release cycles. You should have experience in defining test plans, executing test cases, managing defects throughout their lifecycle, and working with developers and product owners in order to solve issues and provide guidelines, ensuring the quality of the product. You must have a proven track record of software testing for fast-paced organizations where time to market, quality, and rapid change are critical to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a partner on an Agile team, working together to keep delivering at pace, scale, and with the demanded quality to support our products;
2. Analyze requirements and user stories with a critical mindset, identifying possible gaps and being ready to challenge the Product Owner;
3. Create testing strategies for new features or architectural changes;
4. Specify test cases for user stories to assure a good coverage of automated tests;
5. Conduct structured exploratory testing sessions;
6. Support the release management in a CI/CD environment, with a quality focus mindset;
7. Analyze incidents assigned to the team and correctly report bugs for the team to fix it, agreeing with the Product Owner on their right priority and severity;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
2. Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on automated testing;
3. Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks with preference for Cucumber but it’s also valid to have experience on others (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG);
4. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git);
5. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Xray);
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
