Job Description
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting project managers, ensuring seamless project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting a team of project managers
* Planning and organizing daily activities to meet project deadlines
* Coordinating stakeholder meetings and taking meeting minutes
* Documenting project actions and decisions
* Managing project resources and coordinating project materials
* Performing billing tasks and maintaining accurate project notes
* Participating in forecasting and risk management
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Minimum 3 years of IT project coordination experience
* Experience supporting multiple project managers and managing priorities across projects
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
Working Conditions
This is a remote position, requiring a flexible work environment that allows for internal and client meetings at various times of the day. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
