Customer Service Agent Role Summary
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and data analysis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for educating consumers on the use of a pilot device for recording purchases, following up on their activity, and updating records according to observed changes.
Responsibilities and Impact
* Educate consumers on the use of the pilot device for recording purchases.
* Follow up on the regularity of their activity, contacting participants if a considerable drop in the number of purchases recorded or changes in their shopping habits are observed.
* Update the records of each participant according to the changes observed.
Requirements and Qualifications
* No experience needed; we will provide comprehensive training.
* A native level of French and at least a B1 level of English.
* Strong customer service orientation and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Motivation and commitment to your work.
* Located in the Lisbon area or willing to relocate.

* Working hours: full-time (40h/week), Monday-Friday 9AM-7PM and Saturday 9AM-2PM.
* Salary conditions:
o Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €930 gross/month.
o Excluding accommodation: €1160 gross/month.
