Adecco is now recruiting for Procurement Early Involvement to join Airbus team and become part of the Procurement team!
Descrição/Funções:
1. The job holder will perform all the activities described below for the perimeter of Air Power Services.
2. Acting as the principal interface between Procurement and Programmes for SBCB (Service Bulletin Control Board), Anticipation Board, MMR (Maturity Material Review), EQM (Equipment Manual) Management, Digital Pricing RFQs Management and other needs that may occur involving Procurement and Programmes.
3. Ensure contractual clauses with Suppliers are applied avoiding extra costs for Airbus Defence & Space.
4. Tracking and Reporting all topics coming from SBCB, Anticipation Board, MMR, Digital Pricing (DP), ISER (In Service Event Report), QSR (Quality Survey Report), AOT (Alert Operators Transmission), MISI (Major In Service Issue) forums that may affect BUY items.
5. Coordinating with Services Programmes and HO Commodities the strategy to mitigate impact on Customer based on available Contractual Clauses.
6. Leads the Procurement activities for Early Involvement (ISER, QSR, AOT, SBCB, MISI) anticipation and mitigation.
7. Provides the input from the Procurement data evaluation for the Risk Management Committee.
8. Provides transparency of procurement Support Conditions agreed with Suppliers to Stakeholders for business case calculations and assumptions.
9. Identifies, analyses and solves with the corresponding Commodity and Operations any contractual issues potentially impacting Early Involvement and DP.
10. Supervises and provides support in negotiations with suppliers to T1P Multifunctional Teams in terms of actions launched in Early Involvement and DP forums.
11. Drive Early Involvement and DP digitization initiatives from a Procurement point of view (including procurement of related components/items, business model definition, proof of concept, etc.).
12. Coordinating with technical documentation department and suppliers, achieving the completeness of the aircraft maintenance manuals (EQM) and drum beating of commodities for all Airbus defense and space programmes.
13. Coordinating the RFQ assignments and escalations in Digital Pricing and drum beating of commodities for all Airbus Defense and Space programmes.
14. Proactively proposing and promoting continuous improvement of Procurement and Programme processes and tools.
Requisitos:
1. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus.
2. Analytical, solution and result oriented: troubleshoot, drumbeat, push until solution is implemented.
3. Strong desire to drive the business and understand and implement customer requirements.
4. Communicate intelligently across a broad range of senior stakeholders.
5. Ability to work autonomously and independently, sometimes under ambiguity or pressure.
6. Preferably have program management & procurement experience.
7. Ability to understand complex organizations and processes with cross-shared responsibilities.
8. Ability to identify and interpret supplier contractual clauses and drive their implementation to the advantage of the business.
9. Ability to gather inputs from several areas of competence, filter them for relevance and use them to synthesize a plan.
10. Procurement tools knowledge would be a plus (e.g. ERP, LoB, etc.).
11. Procurement and/or supply chain background.
12. Aircraft Services knowledge would be a plus.
13. Engineering, Commodity Management.
