A multinational company is currently hiring a Head of Business Services Center.
Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Operate the Business Services Center and manage the Order to Cash processes and other business units
- Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures, SOX, internal controls, accounting standards and statutory & fiscal regulations
- Identify best practices for operational and process improvement and enforce digitalization and automation
- Improve efficiency, performance and quality metrics to optimise performance
We are looking for a profile with an University degree and relevant experience in Customer Service and/or Order to Cash processes. It is also important to have experience in program management and change management. English fluency is mandatory.
