Principais responsabilidades
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the collection of in-depth market and customer insights through primary and secondary research, ethnographic approaches, and competitive benchmarking;
Develop and execute a strategic market research plan that addresses priority business needs, overseeing primary and secondary research, data analytics for key brands, and ad hoc projects as needed;
Select and manage the most effective market research methodologies, vendors, and techniques; supervise recruitment, analyze results comprehensively, and provide strategic recommendations;
Consolidate insights from multiple sources to deepen understanding of customer needs, enhancing profiling and segmentation to support a cohesive omnichannel strategy;
Support segmentation initiatives by coordinating with CRM, brand teams, and commercial leaders to establish business rules and strategic segmentation approaches;
Deliver valuable insights proactively to inform critical business decisions;
Serve as the primary expert on sales incentive plans, clearly communicating the strategy, rationale, and calculations to relevant stakeholders;
Collaborate closely with finance and business leaders to identify and implement process improvements;
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in cycle bonus calculations for field incentive plans and explore innovative, compliant incentive approaches to drive business performance;
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, embracing diversity and upholding corporate standards to maintain a respectful workplace;
Uphold and advocate for compliance and integrity standards, supporting a culture of excellence aligned with global operational goals.
Perfil desejado
Successful Candidate:
University degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field;
Proficient in the local language and English;
Demonstrates experience in UX/UI and insights-gathering methodologies, contributing to a strong understanding of customer needs and user experience;
Creates and implements a framework for healthcare professional (HCP) profiling, utilizing digital and other relevant criteria to enhance omnichannel engagement;
Delivers a robust and timely early launch research plan that supports strategic business decisions;
Ensures that incentive plans are communicated clearly and accurately in a timely manner to all stakeholders;
Works effectively with CRM Manager, Performance Leads, Brand Teams, and Commercial Heads to align strategies and objectives.
