Job Summary: The Online Reputation Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving the company's online reputation. This role requires expertise in handling customer feedback, responding to reviews, and implementing strategies to boost positive brand perception. The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms such as Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Sitejabber, and other review management tools.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor online reviews and customer feedback on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and other relevant platforms.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's reputation and increase positive customer sentiment.Respond professionally and strategically to both positive and negative reviews, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement.Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve customer concerns and improve satisfaction rates.Analyze review trends, identify recurring issues, and provide insights to improve business operations.Implement SEO reputation management strategies to enhance visibility of positive reviews.Encourage satisfied customers to share their experiences through ethical and transparent methods.Track and report key reputation metrics, including review scores, response rates, and customer feedback trends.Stay up to date with changes in online review platforms, policies, and best practices.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or customer engagement.Expertise in handling Trustpilot is a MUST.
