Job Description
Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify KOLs across diverse digital platforms. Establishing a network of KOLs spanning various categories on social media is imperative.
Campaign Execution: Engage with KOLs, managing their requirements, timelines, and deliverables for campaigns. Collaborate with team members to launch and execute promotional initiatives.
Negotiation and Measurement: Effective negotiation ensures fair agreements for both parties. Analyze social media engagement metrics and stay abreast of current digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, business or related field
2. At least a year of experience in a similar role or relevant fields such as digital marketing, e-commerce sales, social media marketing, influencer outreach.
3. Extensive networking with KOLs and influencers.
4. Creativity and passion for digital marketing.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail.
6. A team player who enjoys interacting with people.
