You will:
* Collaborate with the project manager and team to coordinate activities;
* Conduct desk research, market analysis, and benchmarking to assess trends and opportunities;
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights;
* Support the development and implementation of training and capacity-building programs;
* Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for clients;
* Work with statistical databases and business data to support decision-making;
* Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and corporate events;
* Evaluate and refine existing and proposed solutions, identifying risks and business impacts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or related field;
* 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, innovation, entrepreneurship, or related fields;
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
* Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities;
* Results-oriented mindset with accuracy and attention to detail;
* Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility;
* Integrity and willingness to accept responsibility;
* Self-organization and punctuality;
* Good command in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint;
* Portuguese language at native level;
* English level B2 or higher.
